Michael’s Neverland Valley Ranch in Los Olivos, California has finally sold. The buyer, Ron Burkle, who is a billionaire and has been reported as once being an associate of Michael’s, is reported to have paid $22 million for the property.
The ranch was owned by the Michael Jackson Estate along with a fund managed by Colony Capital.
Michael paid around $19.5 million for the property back in 1987.
