Murray’s Test Request Denied
August 13, 2012
A Californian Second District Court Of Appeal denied a request from Conrad Murray to have a vial of propofol from his trial forensically tested. It held one of Murray’s fingerprints and he alleges that, if tested, it will also show Michael’s fingerprints, proving that he injected himself with the propofol that killed him.
The Court issued its decision without comment.
Murray’s lawyer Valerie Wass has stated that she now plans to petition The California Supreme Court to order testing on the bottle.
