September 26, 2011
Of the twelve people selected for jury service in Conrad Murray’s trial, seven are males and five are females. One male juror met Michael briefly while working in Disneyland at the Captain Eo attraction. Among the remainder, there is a wide range of professions, including a bookseller, school bus driver and a professor, according to questionnaires released after the selection.
Half of the panellists selected were Caucasian and five were Hispanic. The panel also includes one African American.
Murray’s attorneys seek to show that Michael was responsible for his own death.
