Michael’s former landlord in Las Vegas, Aner Iglesias, has filed a lawsuit for $263,000 against his Estate for damage he says was caused while Michael was living in his house from 2008-2009.
Iglesias had previously filed a creditor’s claim with the Estate but he said the administrators refused his claim, so he’s decided to file the suit, according to a report by TMZ. The documents, filed in a Los Angeles County Superior Court, claimed that Michael damaged the exterior and interior of the home and also the phone and alarm system.
