New Album Announced
A representative of Michael’s Estate has announced to ‘Rolling Stone’ magazine that a new album of previously unreleased songs from Michael will be released in November.
Frank Dileo, Michael’s previous manager, estimates that he has left more than one hundred, complete, unreleased songs. “There are a couple of songs we recorded for the ‘Bad’ album that we had to cut that are sensational,” he said.
Former Sony Music CEO Tommy Mottola also said, “Every time that (Michael) recorded, he over-recorded. He would record anywhere from twenty to thirty songs for each album. Any of them could have been as big a hit as the ones that came out.”
The as-yet-to-be-titled collection of unreleased material will be released this November.
