Estate Replies To AllGood
May 27, 2010
Michael’s Estate Executors have replied to AllGood Entertainments lawsuit against Michael for $300 million over a J5 concert.
Allgood Entertainment claimed that Michael promised through his representative that a Jackson 5 concert would take place before any other live performance. The AllGood suit alleges Michael breached the agreement by subsequently signing to do the London ‘This Is It’ concerts before the scheduled reunion concert.
Michael’s Estate executors John Branca and John Mc Clain say that the representative, which was Frank Dileo, his former manager, had no authority “to bind Michael to an agreement.”
