Murray Seeks Postponement
May 10, 2010
Dr. Conrad Murray has pleaded not guilty to charges of involuntary manslaughter for his role in Michael’s death from acute Propofol intoxication by intravenous injection by another last June. He made his first appearance in a Los Angeles court on April, when the case was postponed to June 14th.
Murray’s legal team has now claimed it may not be ready for the rescheduled preliminary hearing next month because it has still not received all the documents relating to the case from the prosecution.
The District Attorney’s office has said that Murray’s team has received “the bulk of the paperwork.”
