Nona Paris Lola Jackson has claimed since 2006 that she is married to Michael and is the mother of his three children. She applied to the Los Angeles County Court to be allowed to make a claim on Michael’s estate. However, at a hearing yesterday Judge Beckloff told her by telephone that her petition was “replete with deficiencies” adding; “You have no evidence you were married to Mr. Jackson.”
