Mrs Jackson Replaces Legal Team
Today’s court hearing was to clarify the wording of Judge Beckloff’s order for John Branca and John McClain to make decisions on Michael’s estate without reference to the court, so long as those decisions were uncontested by Mrs Katherine Jackson.
Mrs Jackson was not represented by attorneys at that hearing as she had decided to replace her former legal team of F.Londell McMillan and Burt Levitch with Adam Streisand. However, as the two former attorneys had not relinquished their roles, Adam Streisand was unable to appear for Mrs Jackson as he needed time to review his future actions for her but this did not stop Judge Beckloff clarifying that the new authority given the administrators by him included not having to seek permission from the judge to make routine decisions on various administrative matters involving Michael’s estate.
