Two New Legal Claims
The executors of Michael’s estate, John Branca and John McClain have two more lawsuits against Michael’s estate. The first has been lodged by Linda Parrish, Michael’s hairstylist, for $212,000. She claims that she was not paid for her work and says she was employed by Michael to look after his hair, at a cost of $1,500 (£1,000) a day, plus $1.000 (£665) for cutting the hair of his entourage. She also sent an invoice for a further $1,000 for loss of business when she had to travel outside California to do Michael’s hair.
The second case is rather strange. Erle Bonner alleges the singer had samples of his formula for a herpes cure, acne cures and arthritis cures, which he allegedly passed on to Kevin Trudeau to sell. According to the report, which can be found on the TMZ we site, Bonner filed documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court last Friday, September 18th, in which he claims he was also threatened by “someone from the Jackson family”. The legal papers allege Michael’s relative; “came by my house and shot a… pistol in the air. They turned around in a neighbour’s driveway and drove away.”
