Allgood Lawsuit To Go Ahead
August 22, 2009
In spite of his death, Allgood Entertainment will continue to sue Michael for $20million. The case was filed because, Allgood allege, Michael’s manager signed a contract to agree that Michael would perform at a family concert in Arlington,Texas. The agreement also banned Michael from negotiating any other performances. When the AEG concerts were announced, Allgood promptly launched their lawsuit.
Judge Harold Baer set a trial for October 2010, but in the wake of Michael’s death has now said AllGood must sue Jackson’s estate.
