Daughter of Lionel Richie, Nicole, was Michael’s God daughter and was close to him until he died.
Nicole is now pregnant with her second child which is due in the autumn and she is said to be planning to name her child after Michael, Michael if it’s a boy and Michelle if it’s a girl.
A source told Star magazine, “Nicole is devastated by Michael’s death. She loved him and it happened so suddenly. She wasn’t planning on naming the baby after him, but she thinks it’s fitting now that he’s gone.”
