Ambulance Driver Drops Suit
May 9, 2009
radaronline.com has reported that the driver of an ambulance which was parked outside Cedars Sinai Medical Centre and was hit by a car collecting Michael, has now dropped his lawsuit against Michael, who was not in the car or driving it when the accident happened.
Jamin Mauro, the driver, said that he had dropped the case because he thinks Michael “is a very nice man”, and it was the right thing to do. He formerly alleged that he had suffered whiplash injuries.
Beverly Hills police have passed the case over to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office who say they’re reviewing the case for possible charges against Michael’s chauffeur.
